Surprise! I am in Seattle. I’ve been keeping this one a secret for a while now. I came up to surprise my best friend, Jourdan, who was getting engaged AND her birthday happens to be this week as well. I’ve known Jourdan since the 7th grade (about nine years now) and we just parted ways a few months ago as she ventured out to Washington to continue with school. Needless to say, I have been having best friend withdrawals and had to make something happen.
Washington is nothing short of beautiful. Coming from Alabama, I have never seen anything like this place before. I told all my friends that I am going to be the ultimate tourist this week and I don’t care.
