Next time you are looking for a fun night in, make your own sushi! I went to a party a while back where we made our own sushi and took a stab at it on Valentines day and it was so fun! I did a ton of research before hand for recipes and tips, so be sure to read up on how to make the rice properly. The best part is you can try out different combinations and make a roll or two to save for lunch the next day. We ate sushi as a snack and as lunch for the rest of the week! It was a big success in the Weston household.
