Does your family participate in Advent? This has become one of our family’s favorite traditions over the years. Advent is the season leading up to Christmas, to celebrate Jesus’ arrival. Many people celebrate different ways, and a big way people celebrate is through an Advent calendar.
Since my daughter is older now, this year felt like the perfect time to create an advent calendar full of activities. You’ll find the free advent activity cards are flexible and have space for you to fill in with your own family traditions! I wanted to keep most days simple, using supplies that are easy to come by or already in our home. Follow along to see which activities we’ll be doing!
As far as the calendar goes, I love how the simple star pattern turned out. I am excited to pull this calendar out year after year. The linen blend fabric is from Joann Fabrics.
