Weekly Notes | No. 3

Back in September I filmed for my upcoming online course and I am almost finished! It has taken me so long, but I believe the wait will be well worth it!

I’m officially an Instant Pot believer! It lives up to the hype. I will say I was surprised at how long it takes to release the pressure. No one really talks about that part, they just say “it took 3 minutes to cook chicken!” instead of adding the part that it takes 10-15 minutes to release the pressure before you can open the lid. Still, it is crazy fast – but just a little note to add in extra time!

Have you watched the documentary Finding Vivian Maier on Netflix? I highly recommend it, it is such an interesting story. Since watching it, we even bought her book.

This post by Sarah about predicted paint colors for 2018 was very insightful. As someone who has made many paint color mistakes, I appreciate this post so much!

Jordan and I celebrated 3 years of marriage this past week! How did that happen so fast?!
